ted...could this have been done in the previous regime?; my understanding is that Bret would not engage in a practice that would potentially drive the pps down....financing under the new management is most likely for restricted shares with lenders with a long-term perspective....Especially is this true since the management team are working for their equity position only....a reasonable inference...thanks
