From what I've seen, there is very little borrowed at the discount window. This may have changed in the past week as the spread was narrowed 50BP.

The spread between the Fed Funds rate and the discount rate will need to be addressed eventually. I think this will likely happen once we get rid of some of the opacity in some of the portfolios that contain CDO's with sub-prime exposure.
