here is an old raging bull post by energyman nj.....written in may...at the end he states "can't issue 504 till the end of September" Does anyone see that 504 right around the corner.

Hello people, $6.3 million market cap at .105, 504 completed, now profitable and the two giant new leases not even calculated into earnings yet. Got your money elsewhere now ? Don't worry, you'll be here in time, as will everyone else.

No dilution....
it is a steal....can't issue any 504 till end September....they already said they will have enough cash by then not to have to do that <<< they are proud of that fact....BTW
all the 504 that was out there has been sucked up buy longs and others.
