I have a question for the board here.Most of us have shares in EVSY and we can agree that Frank is the bad guy and Fred is the good guy (atleast until now).But isnt it in our interest with our EVSY shares that Frank wins the lawsuit against Fred and the Rileys? Moody has said that if he wins the lawsuit that he would retire the 31 million shares and use any money that he recovers to buyback shares.Of course we cant trust and believe what he says but atleast we would have a chance of benefitting from a Moody win.And of course it goes without saying that in the other lawsuit that Fred has filed against Moody we all want to see Frank in jail.
