"The address listed on the pinks messed that up for them. They were probably expecting at least a 1$ but because of the mess up it only went to .25. They'll probably wait for another time down the road to try it again."

I think your theory above is flawed, and here is why. Anyone who has even dabbled in the stock market for more than 14 seconds knows that this is all driven on PR's, and even empty, generic PR's set things in motion. This thing shot up 1000% in a week on the premature addition of a link and a cluster of info added to the ZIPL page on pinksheets.com. If they wanted to put this thing through the roof and get it up to $1.00, all they would have had to do was put out a fluff piece of news that only had to mention ZIPL in it, and this thig would have blown it's top then, but it would have also settled back down and retraced from people taking their profits, and flipping until something concrete stating the deal was officially done came out.

They are trying to do this the right way, and if they do it even a quarter as well as RICK and PTT, this stock will be money in the bank.

I am not even sure why I am engaging a basher and trying to use logic. I guess I am the crazy one.

Oh no...it go...it gone...bye bye!
