Just tried Jeremy again and got through. He says that his contract expired a week ago and he no longer works for aurus.
He also mentioned that L2l won't return his calls or e-mails.

On the issue of the T/A, he had some VERY interesting information that I'm going to pass along to our longs by PM either during the next happy hour or perhaps by subscribing for a while. It really wowed me when I heard it.
