September 1st is what someone said that talked to him, but more news before that. This can only be confirmation of Cornell out completely, more acquisition of Wisebuys, or another entity being moved to our company. 500 million O/S is nothing. This shell is being squared away nicely. There is still no value because it has not been finalized. Im ready to just go on vacation and see you guys back here in Sept.
