As I posted on RB,...

I have read through the post multiple times. I don't know if that is considered inside info. If it is, since the general public knows about it, it is not inside info anymore. Inside info is if you gained from selling shares from the info you got from the insider.

"Anyone who has material information is prohibited from trading, based on that knowledge, until the information is available to the general public."

Since we are not trading yet, I don't believe there was no illegal activity done. Just my opinion.
