gitonwithit: A friend asked me to state in a nutshell the exact relationship between Seaway Capital and the new Seaway Valley Capital. Confusingly similar name for different organizations, chosen on purpose.

Yes I've researched, but if anybody can give me an elevator statement (concise explanation you'd give on an elevator ride to an interested bystander, as if intro'ing your business card), I'd appreciate it.
