Government's purpose is to serve the interests of the people, to enable individuals to enjoy peacefully their rights to life, liberty, and property

So, why do you believe that the government's purpose is to guarantee rights to terrorists and suicide bombers and put their citizens at risk? We should try them in a civil court and give them lawyers and have a crime scene in a hostile land in which to investigate! What nation has ever engaged in this stupidity in a time of war?
