zguy...the low price is due to an MM getting a discount to move a big block of shares, IMO. It's all probably a prearranged deal rather than a daily retail trade. JMO, and unless we can find a former MM employee to tell us, we'll probably never know for sure... An IR company or others getting paid in shares by many clients would probably make an arrangement like that with an MM....

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
