The market wants to see if their new strategy will pay off or not. I'm on the sidelines for this very reason. When the 10Q warned that their merchant banks put them on notice for all the chargebacks, this really scared folks, myself included. As far as buying back shares, the company put out a PR (I believe back in the Spring) indicating how many shares they had bought back and how many more they were going to continue to purchse in the open market. I think the stock heads to .50 short term and if the new model is successful, we'll most likely see the return to the old glory days of last year.
