sgolds, yes of course it's a xeon. Wasn't thinking. But then what will be Intel's desktop/mobile strategy. 32 bit Prescott/P4? Intel IMO will end up having to do x86-64 for all processors except Itanium. What a humility that would be! AMD while concentrating right now on Opteron is also enjoying good acceptance of 64 bit in mobiles/desktops.
