Worthless reply from Pink Sheets regarding AH'ers trades...
My email a couple of days ago:
I've noticed that HMGP, HEMI ENERGY GROUP, shows trade transactions after hours nearly every day. I assume these are trades during the day that are recorded late. Is that true and is there any way it can be determined if they are buys or sells? At the prices listed they appear to be sells. The last trade today during market hours was $0.22. Here is an example from today of After Hours, 95,000 shares total:

Thank you for your help,
Reply today from Pink Sheets:
Sir,
The Pink Sheets follows regular market hours, from 9:30 AM until 4:00 PM ET. The Pink Sheets follows the market calendar of the Nasdaq Stock Market and is closed on the days that Nasdaq is closed. The Quotation system is available from 7 am to 5 pm every business day. However, individual traders at a market maker control when the trader's quotes are open and firm.

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
