WRONG:
A person I work with converted a small (57,000 shares) bit during the second quarter. He got his preferred shares cert. and we now use him as a "trip-wire" to know if the "Divi" ever happens. It has not happened yet and the mailing distance is less than 400 miles. It is August 22nd.
