Still in for the long haul...Looked at both facilities on Google Earth and they operate GS Woodmere out of a large building (6,000 sq ft?)in what looks like an older office park area. Once their filings are current, they will be able to proceed and then this thing will make some major moves. Contacted the CEO a few months ago and he assured me they were proceeding forward with the IPO of GS Woodmere.
