Thanks - I always wonder if I used the correct spelling...i.e. principle or principal...well I should have gotten the two words straight in high school LOL. In reply to rickman, we have a large interest but I do not know the current reporting rules, but I doubt we would be required to report although with several companies, I have seen principal holders report with less shares than we have.
