The new website, which is apparently under construction is owned by the same entity that owns a ton of web businesses.

I wouldn't doubt that they have a considerable cash flow from these many operations.

...the list goes on and on !! There are a LOT of web businesses registed by the same entity as this new DiversifiedAcquisitions.com

This might turn out to be VERY GOOD indeed.
