Maybe. But there's always the chance that the shares they are selling don't really exist. (Naked Shares)

These guys are selling shares that don't exist EVERY DAY and do so to benefit themselves. If they sell a few Naked Shares of DVFA just to prime the pump, ...who's gonna slap their hands today??
