Who are the paid pumpers Stox? I haven't seen anybody pumping HISC. What is there to pump anyway? They have a great product (something a shell doesn't have) but can't seem to get past their cash woes. This cash issue seems to me that it might lead to the untimely death of HISC as a viable company. That is definitely not something anyone can pump.
