200mil. net worth , 50mil. common shares , doesn't that show a share worth of 4 dollars p/sh , after the preffered shares get theirs I agree with $1.50 to $2.00 for worth of common shares, if they stay in business that doesn't reflect a p/e multiple , if Buffet is interested it might be real good , GLTYA !!!!!
