Thanks Sterling, i love your eagerness to help. such welcoming toward another investor/trader. anyway, the deal sounds amazing, and the management, even though has not finalized the deal, but the PRs show some alertness. The valuation you did for the deal is amazing, but like any investor in this game, i have to approach this with utmost skepticism.

Why do you think this deal will go through? What will Winsted offer in this merger? How long can we expect the next PR?

I guess this management hasnt fully proved themselves yet, but thats part of the gamble.

I am off to do more DD. see if this deal has a good chance of finalizing.
