I just said Panamersa does not earn money itself.
I know the money earned by the underlying companies is held by pnms.....however those companies are part of a Panamanian foundation and they can not have their privacy violated just because their holding company is traded in the US.
US law can not override the privacy laws of a Panamanian foundation. If anything...this issue will prevent pnms from ever moving to a higher exchange unless they make some structual changes?
