the details were not so clear. but, Allen from pinksheets.com said that there was a pending lawsuit involving the old shareholders of ziplink. apparently there had been a shareholder meeting and a lawsuit had resulted. allen seemed like he wasnt too sure of the details either. this is not BS, call allen and ask him about a lawsuit involing old shareholders of ziplink....ask him if there was a shareholder meeting....see what he says
