Looks like they have given up on higher prices ?? The Pr "blitz" in combination with the "dividend" did not work anymore...
Now the race is on with diluting at any price...REGDEX 504 in full force coming...gheee..honestly sorry for those who did not believe our predictions..only a few anyway...!!
