I know they don't have to pay the divy but as i understand it people have posted that they were told that the divy checks were sent out. Is this BS or just the company playing games.

also if they are not going to pay would this not be considered significantly weighty information that would require some kind of minimum communication from the company. i realize we have no clout as mere share holders of a pinky but these guys are gonna piss somebody off eventually that's gonna lead to legal action which is not healthy for anyone who is long.

hey maybe i am way off base, but i've been here two years now and as someone said I must be crazy otherwise i'd be insane.
