any company can put almost anything they want in a PR a be covered by the safe harbor statement. Read it you might learn something........Why is the OSC investigating Kron for a false PR when he or any other exec. of any company can put what they want in a PR....It might not be a good business practice but would be extremely hard to prove a PR as being false when they are pretty much giving permission to write anything, anyone wants in a PR
