This stock and this company are DEAD and will not recover the tremendous losses the shareholders have seen IMO.The actions of management here are in line with the typical pinksheeet BS.Once they run the current business and share structure into the ground, the company just changes their name, consolidates their shares via reverse split and guess who loses their ass??? :[

I think Peter and crew are best at keeping their paychecks flowing and nothing more!!!!!!!!!
