AURUS wouldn't pay $150,000+ owed to Delaware in Franchise taxes if it was a scam, in my opinion... If they were crooks as some allege.. they'ed just keep operating without their corporate charter...

OR perhaps a JV partner demanded AURUS get their books in order?

Either way... AURUS anted-up $150,000+ to become more compliant... and that's more than can be said for most Pinkies!
