I know that when I do DD that many many times as soon as I see the PK, I just click on to the next., When you see lowman in a PK stock, it is not as easily disregarded but for a majority of the folks a pk stock is simply off limits and 99% of the time for damn good reasons. It may not go up as fast as some want or it deserves but a stable pinky with NASDAQ integrity at a discount is good risk...IMO
