NO....GGI can own share's post merger just like all of us. They can't draw down on any more....even though IMO they have drew down way back when we hit .0065
GGI isn't in the business to hold shares but this merger can absolutly happen with ggi still holding shares.
Their shares rool over just like ours do. They became an investor not just a creditor remember.
