Wonder what “to be more attractive to possible investment candidates” means from PR dated Aug 2. After the reverse split, are they trying to position the co. to attract “possible investment candidates” ?

For those experienced with Reverse Split / Reverse Merger plays, any thoughts on this plse. TIA

Quoting from PR dated Aug 2 : " The Big Apple Worldwide Board of Directors approved this capital restructuring as a means to position the Company to be more attractive to possible investment candidates;…......."
