Royalties from Smartscan sales are paid to Sequiam by Black and Decker on a quarterly basis. They just began shipping approximatley middle of June as contract started June 1, so no royaties were recorded in second quarter on Smartscan sales.

I'm pretty sure royalties are based on on a per lock basis but not sure on the actual royalty per lock. This should be expanded upon by Sequiam management.
