Offor controls 42% of the vote, he would need to get 50.01% to sell the company on his terms, so it would be put to a vote by the general shareholders base, I don't believe it would be difficult for him to sell the company on his terms considering that he only needs to get 8.01% of the remaining outstanding shares to side with him. However, I don't think he will be selling until we know what is in the ground and that will be quite sometime because it is my belief, in the minority here that he will wait to see what is in all of our blocks, not just 2,3 and 4 before he decides to sell, but I believe he will def sell the company at some future date considering that he is planning to build his Chrome oil subsidiaries and bring those public, that would be in direct competition with ERHC and direct conflict of interest with our interests and is the major reason IMHO why he resigned his board seat, he finally has some high priced legal talent that is telling him he's going to be or might already be in SEC trouble over the starcrest and who knows what else deals.
