Art, that doesn't make any sense. Why would SEO resign if not in conjunction with some deal of some kind? He was a non-executive director anyway. If he wanted to devote more time to Chrome business matters, he could sure do that without resigning from the ERHE board. Nope, doesn't wash. ERHE was his company, and you can bet there is more than meets the eye to his resignation. There is a story there and some day, sooner or later, we'll find out what it was. Just my opinion of course.
