I knew this RS would pass, I said it a month ago. So, its no surprise at all to me.

I believe the only way AMEP will be able to raise money is by an offereing to a private concern thru the sale of shares. After the RS, the volume here will be so anemic that anyone with a large share position might find it hard to sell if they wanted too, let alone AMEP trying to raise cash.

Until AMEP can prove they have anything to pump out of the ground, then this investment will languish.

Never thought I would get blindsided so badly on this OTC.

We are all waiting for GEH's summary of things to come. I think his opinions have a record of maybe 1 out of 10.

Still waiting on that golden cross!! LOL
