MATRIX Penny Stocks

TraderTC, that's a question I've been asking myself also. What I've learned so far, came from a post on this board. Here is the link:

I don't know if that's the only(or the correct) way to get a target price on a break out, but it's a starter anyway.
Omni or some one else from the charters here can give some more explaining here. I'm just a TA starter myself :)
