Realest; The Merger has already been released in a PR, an excerpt from it is in the I-Box, although the PR is expired on yahoo, you could probably dig it up on the message board, I'm sure someone posted it, my point is that the Merger is already Public knowledge from way back in 2006, so they sould not have any problem confirming wether the Merger is on or off the table.
