This is intersresting in the PR,
"The dengue-specific ligands are derived from work done by WRAIR scientists."
I would take that to mean that WRAIR has not been sitting idle on the DengueCide front, and that they have identified, developed and produced the ligand, and now have given it to NNVC to attach to the base micelle.

Anyone else read the above differently?

Also, this part,
The new spending authority Defense authorization bill now making its way through Congress designates $5 million for NanoViricides, Inc.'s drug development against Dengue fever, according to a recent announcement by the Washington office of Senator Joseph Lieberman."
Is this $5 million more in addition to the $5 million previous? This earmark is specifically for work on the Dengue antiviral. The previous $5 million announced in May (?) was for generic drug development. Seems to me NNVC now has $10 million in Defense money on the way.
