Yes....and it doesn't show CD's being converted into preferred shares or into restricted shares......it states clearly where the 18 Billion share increase resulted from!

Spin masters are at work here and some with new found insider information evidently (or more wild theories)!

The funny thing is....guess it doesn't really matter...who would I sell my shares too with no bid????
