Serious dilution Yes. 504 No.
Come on guys read my lips.
You are under the assumption that INXR is on the up and up using a 504 exemption to sell shares into the market.
There has been NO 504 filed since 2004. The 504 filing is only good for 1 Year.
Please tell me why this is so hard to understand. Someone has to be mixed up with some of these post being posted as fact.In INXR's defense, I have not run across anything from the companies PRS that mention a 504 being used. It was made up and posted as fact by a certain few of your regulars here.
This is very simple to prove...look at this link from the SEC..Note the data..Look at you calander...Mine shows the 1 yer deadline has expired, and I see no further filings for a current 504.
