I guess no one wants to discuss this obvious problem in communication between the company and the shareholders of INXR?
Again my question: If they have not filed a proper 504, how can people claim the past dilution is over because of completeion of the 504. IMO and from what I can tell...There is no valid 504 on record.. TA Gagged, No record of a 504 filing? Please help me to better understand why some were posting messages as the ones below. I am certain most experienced traders would call that "dilltion....Just dillution"

If you're trying to cast doubt on whether or not this PR pertains to the 504.. give it a rest.. we've been down that road.. and ANYBODOY can call ifinix IR and verify that it is in fact describing the completion of the 504.

$1 million private placement completed. Seems obvious to me 504 is completed. Limit of 504 funding just happens to be 1 million too. I don't see why anyone can doubt it unless they've called management and got a different answer than what every person who called management got: 504 is completed.
So I am led to follow my first instinct with this company. Possible massive dilution without shareholder notification.

For the record, I have been on 60 Minutes involved with naked shorting issues and have never traded a stock that I paid over .50 Penny stocks are my business...My only business for the past 11 years.
