Onebgg. You said....I have two carry guns and one in my three different rooms in my house & garage. NONE OF THESE ARE LOCKED! A locked gun cannot be fired therefore it cannot be used for self defense.

Do you have kids?
The ones that are in three separate areas. How do you keep them so kids don't break in and steal them or if you have kids their friends get a hold of them? Now I do want to say on the stealing issue you can only do so much.

I have kids so I am concerned about this saftey issue. That is why I find the the box combo safe which can sit right on your night stand next to your bed(size of a cigar box) with your gun loaded ready to go atractive to me. Push four numbers and it springs open and you are ready to fire.
