What if Electick is right and CVX or XOM offer $1.50..... and SEO is feeling the pressure and SEO plus his friends agree to sell 51%. Then, based on the fact CVX/XOM have 51% control, I believe they could buy the entire company for that amount. Then what are we, the common shareholder, going to do? That price is way under what we would get next year, post drilling.

So what would we do? File a lawsuit?

Any thoughts appreciated.
