From the JV PR linked in speckulater's post:

"Agri Max Fuels, LLC currently operates a bio-diesel facility capable of producing approximately 15,000 gallons of biodiesel per day."

I would have to believe that means they could blend a like amount of OD66 instead of the biodiesel they currently blend. They can blend whatever ratio the customer wants within EPA regs.
