I never say anything is a scam until I can catch a ceo in a lie and diluting it like a pig. So far I have not seen that here so I won't do it :)

... but even if this is a scam... I think frank could do a much better job than .0002 :) So many turds out there much higher than this. The whole story with the new ceo cleaning up an old mess is a believable one... lets see what happens.... never know, this could fall into the 1% none scam file :) and would be a pretty sweet one if he actually lowered the float down to 300million :)
