Dear Sharon,
I was informed recently that Sagoma Plastics was privately funded to keep them from moving, it sounded to me like some residents in Maine wanted to see them stay. Therefore the Merger deal with Michelex is off. Now I am being told that this is not true and that the Merger between Michelex and Sagoma is still on. I removed the Info we had about Sagoma from the Investorshub MLXO Message board. If the Merger is still on I am going to repost the Sagoma info, please advise. Sincerely, XXXXXXXXXX
