It is interesting that there was no discussion about such things on the conference call, especially since you say that management is prepared to answer all questions.

I would like to know why Eric Swartz remains on the board, along with his associate Carlton Johnson, when Swartz's ownership of the stock is down to 1.4%? Why does someone who owns only 1.4% of a small company get to control two-fifths of the BOD?
