For the board information, I have a PM from Matt that states "Any Off-Topic" posts are to be deleted, whether it is deleted by the board Moderator or the Mod-Squad, or Admin Moderators, if your post is not about Michelex or "IF IT IS A SUBTLE ATTACK AGAINST SOMEONE WITH TIDBITS OF MLXO INFO ADDED IN AS WINDOW DRESSING", it is going to be "Trash Binned". This Forum is for the discussion of the Michelex Corporation, "NOT INVESTO7". As Far as the Sagoma Merger with Michelex is concerned, I was told by speedmasters that Sagoma was given private Investment funds to stay in Maine, if that is NOT true or if things have changed, all you need to do is post the facts, I have saved all the Sagoma material in a file and can easily repost it in the I-Box, but if the merger is off, there is no reason to have the info in there. Wether I talk to the CEO of Michelex on the phone does not matter in the least, I have no desire to call the man, and I have not made his phone ring since Jan. 10th. 2007 BUT, I DO have a Cordial Email Dialog with Sharon Bishop VP, and Tom G. CEO ever since then, I have recieved a dozen or more email from them and have sent many also, I was helping the company with several things Prior to Mid-Jan. 2007 (Things I am not privy to discuss), when I decided that many decisions the company was making at the time, was not in my best interest to be a party to, and I withdrew my participation, I "WAS NOT" employed by Michelex, I merely donated my time to help Tom & Sharon with some things, Since Jan. I have recieved email from them thanking me for what I had done for them. In early May, I provided the CEO with a complete Time & Sales Printout from Jan. to May, showing all the Obvious Cornell Capital activity, and was sent a cordial Thanks & Appreciation letter for that, I have had email from the company as recent as Aug. 7th 2007. Those couple people posting UNTRUE STATEMENTS saying; that Michelex will not converse with me or some garbage like that, please stop, it's not true for starters, and it doesn't matter anyways, my relationship with Michelex is of no concern to anyone. Respect for others goes a long way, I haven't posted anything Disrespectful against my former assistants, why they along with several others have decided to post derogatory things is their business, it doesn't bother me in the least, and I don't even want to know their reasons, but as Moderator of this thread, I will delete that garbage. Off-topic items are for PM's and email. I consulted with I-Hub Matt before making the decision to replace my assistants. Let's keep this board clean with some Class, and leave the Circus Atmosphere for other Forums. Everyone that owns MLXO stock is in this together, those that are down, lets hope for a full recovery.
