Are you still of the opinion that the decrease in space needed in the U.S. constitutes overall downsizing on the part of Sequiam. Keep in mind that Sequiam is a global company.

Did you read the entire filing that you have referenced in your posts?

In case you missed it, the filing did contain language that explains the shifting of the number of employees from the U.S. to abroad, Specifically China. And you also would be able to answer the question of whether or not the company has downsized. I recommend that the entire filing be re-read.

After doing so please inform the board whether or not, In your opinion, the company has less employees today compared to 2006(pre-Magstone deal). Thanks for your continued concern and CONTINUED research 'todd'.
